Cancellation, Refund & Exchange Policy

Cancellations
If you change your mind about your purchase, please let me know as early as possible, so that I can process a refund. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. I process every order within a day of receiving it.

 

Returns & Exchanges
Unfortunately, I do not currently accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of the products.

Note that each die is individually tested for quality. You will not be sold dice that have voids or other functionality-breaking flaws. However, remember that each die is handmade, and shows signs of the handmaking process. These aesthetic characteristics do not affect the functionality of the dice. I make note of these characteristics in the shop listing, so please make sure to read them before purchasing.

However, if you find any issues with your dice (besides the normal marks of handmaking mentioned on the Commissions page), please reach out to me, I’ll do my best to fix the issue.
